Stewarding Supervisor

Supervise stewarding staff and perform routine cleaning task as assigned by Stewarding manager, to adhere to health standards. Must be available 2nd shift.


  • Responsible for supervision of staff
  • Knowledge about the proper operation and care of dish machines and all equipment
  • Must work within hotel safety standards for staff and equipment
  • Know and understand Health Board sanitation requirements
  • Assist with the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, storage areas, and employee break room 
  • Assist with food preparation and plating
  • Inspect dishes and kitchens for cleanliness and take appropriate action


  • Must be able to stand for a long period of time
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift is required
  • Must be able to push/pull service carts weighing up to 75lbs
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • Must be available Friday and Saturday
