Barback - Part Time
The Bar at Palm Court
As a barback you will assist servers and bartenders throughout the night with food running, stocking the bar, restocking glassware.
We aren't your average hotel bar, as a historic property located in the heart of downtown we draw guests from around the world as well as our local regulars. There is never a dull moment in this high energy position. Our high volume can be a challenge, as a team we always pull together to ensure every guest experience is a 10!
Stock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, and ice.
Run food from kitchen to bar and server.
Collect empty glasses from the bar, wash, polish, and restock glassware.
Check and assist bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health code standards.
Transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance requirements on heavy beer kegs.
Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
